Congresswoman Nancy Mace entered the Speaker's candidate forum on Tuesday wearing a T-shirt with the letter 'A' printed on it. When asked, she told one of the reporters that it's the “scarlet letter." A Scarlet Letter Shirt typically refers to a red letter that is worn by a person who is convicted of adultery.
